Hearth & Hollow design solid oak furniture that’s meant to outlast its owners, sold online and through a single showroom in Lewes. Their paid social had been running on autopilot with product-only imagery and a return that nobody could quite defend. We rebuilt the ad account from the ground up, wrote new copy for every stage of the funnel and shot lifestyle content that put the furniture in real homes, with real mess, where it belongs.

The goal was a return the finance director could stand behind. Hearth & Hollow were spending a healthy monthly budget on Meta with a creative library that hadn’t changed in eighteen months, and the account structure meant nobody could say which product line was paying its way. They asked us to fix the measurement first and the creative second.
Elin audited the account, consolidated a tangle of campaigns into a clean prospecting and retargeting structure and rebuilt the pixel so that showroom bookings counted as conversions alongside sales. Then we got to work on what people would see. Tegan and the content team shot three homes over a week, all of them lived-in, and our copywriters wrote headlines about Sunday lunches and homework at the table rather than joinery specs.

Within two months the blended return on ad spend had tripled and the cost of each purchase had more than halved. The lifestyle creative outperformed the catalogue shots on every metric we tracked, and the retargeting layer brought a steady stream of showroom bookings from people who wanted to sit on the chairs before committing. We now run the account on a rolling test plan with fresh creative every month.

Our ads used to look like a catalogue and perform like one. Now they look like our customers’ homes and the numbers finally make sense. Lido treats our budget as carefully as we would ourselves.
